These terms govern ride requests, estimates, payments, and transportation arranged through STARIDE.
Ride requests
Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation. STARIDE must confirm availability, pickup time, vehicle, and final fare.
Fare estimates
Website estimates may change due to traffic, tolls, waiting time, trip changes, airport fees, special equipment, or other conditions.
Non-emergency service
STARIDE is not an ambulance service. Call 911 for urgent or life-threatening emergencies.
